Job summary

Apex Microtechnology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive territory growth and engage customers across EMEA. You will manage manufacturer representatives, coordinate with Apex factory resources, and pursue design wins while reporting progress to global sales leadership.

The role emphasizes frequent customer visits, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic market development. Remote contractor role based out of Tucson, AZ, with travel and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years regional sales management experience in industrial systems, medical equipment, and/or military electronics.
• Experience selling complex electronic hardware across multiple channels.
• Proficient with CRM and sales platform tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, engineering, or related field.
• Ability to travel approximately 50%.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities with new and existing accounts.
• Gain additional sales through design wins and relationship building.
• Manage, drive and develop local Manufacturer Representatives to support growth.
• Frequent customer visits tying Apex resources to design engineers.
• Communicate market opportunities to product development and marketing teams.
• Prepare and maintain status reports: forecasts, visits, pipeline, follow-up.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with manufacturer reps and Apex management.
