Job summary

Advanced Energy in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory. You will own direct and channel sales, engage OEMs and key accounts, and lead manufacturers’ representatives and distribution partners to meet regional targets.

This role requires 5+ years in technical sales, a BSEE or equivalent, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, build strong customer relationships, and forecast opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or technical account management.
• Experience selling into industrial and medical markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Established relationships within target customer and channel base in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within the assigned region.
• Develop territory and account plans to increase opportunities and design wins.
• Qualify and advance new and existing opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Lead manufacturers’ representative partners through goal setting and growth planning.
• Collaborate with customers and FAEs to identify new product requirements and growth opportunities.
• Provide initial commercial and technical support for accounts and coordinate escalations as needed.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and grow share of account.
• Travel as required to support customers, partners, and regional objectives.
