Apex Tool Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and drive strong distributor and end-user partnerships across the Central region. This role emphasizes value selling and hands-on engagement with customers to beat sales goals.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will work remotely from the US, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions and campaigns that strengthen Apex Tool Group brands in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals in industrial/OEM markets.
• Experience building and maintaining distributor/end-user relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate and drive sales partnerships with Distributors and End Users in the Central region.
• Leverage value selling to identify customer needs and viable solutions.
• Develop campaigns for Key Distributors to drive pull-through.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to present the full line and applications.
• Create an end-user funnel to convert opportunities to Apex Tool Group brands.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes based on territory feedback and competition.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and customer service to drive metrics.
