360 Recruiter Acceleratorclient seeks an experienced Sales Engineer for a remote role with travel. Drive new business with OEMs and distributors across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, combining technical expertise with a consultative sales approach.

Identify opportunities, grow OEM/distributor relationships, deliver technical demonstrations, and collaborate with engineering and production. Expect 50–70% travel including European trips.

Qualifications

• Technical sales and customer-facing application engineering experience with engineered components or systems.
• Strong new-business development and consultative selling experience.
• European market/channel experience a plus.
• Based in Eastern U.S. or Midwest with access to a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, applications, and market opportunities
• Grow relationships with OEM customers, distributors, and channel partners
• Provide technical product demonstrations and application support
• Develop and strengthen distributor networks, including European market expansion
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, planning, and production
• Own opportunity pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting
• 50–70% travel, including periodic European travel
