Qualifications

• End-to-end sales experience across funnel stages (top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, forecasting)
• Ability to communicate with developers and quants
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and automation (HubSpot)
• Professional communication suited to institutional financial products
• Customer-centric, transparent, non-pushy sales approach
• Comfort in startup environments with limited resources
• Bonus: active GitHub use and knowledge of C++, Python, or Rust to assist clients

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from inquiries to data samples and issue resolution.
• Create data examples and use-cases in Python, C++, and Rust.
• Gather testimonials, case studies, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting.
• Build executive relationships across the industry and with partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with teams to align sales with company objectives.
