Job summary

Shero Commerce Inc. is seeking a talented Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns for our clients in a fully remote role, ideally aligned with US EST.

You will craft compelling copy, build high-performing flows, and use data to continuously improve results. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, anticipate needs, propose ideas, and move projects forward even when responses are slow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• 3+ years of proven experience in email and SMS marketing with campaign management and flow creation.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategy.
• Excellent copywriting and editing with brand voice.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage email campaigns and automated flows across clients.
• Create and execute SMS campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
• Design email templates and craft copy aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Segment and target lists for personalized messaging.
• Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to optimize results.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open/click/conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and client teams to produce high-converting materials.
• Maintain compliant subscriber lists and report KPIs with actionable insights.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in email & SMS marketing.
• Audit new client accounts and provide strategic roadmaps (3/6/12 months).
• Proactively propose new ideas, campaigns, and segmentation improvements.
• Own client email/SMS roadmaps and secure approvals ahead of key dates.
• Plan campaigns 30–90 days ahead and ensure timely client sign-offs.
• Follow up professionally with clients and escalate when needed.
• Own deliverables end-to-end and close loops without reminders.
• Identify underperforming areas and present clear remediation plans.
