Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing email and SMS campaigns.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for responsive templates.
• Strong audience segmentation and data analysis skills.
• Experience with lifecycle campaigns and experimentation (A/B tests).
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, build, and launch end-to-end email and SMS campaigns.
• Develop and maintain responsive templates across devices.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize engagement.
• Create advanced audience segments based on behavior and demographics.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging.
