Job summary

Guild Brands is seeking a Coordinator of Email & SMS Marketing to own the day-to-day execution of our campaigns across two brands. You’ll build, QA, and deploy emails and texts, ensuring accuracy, on-brand delivery, and timely launches.

Work closely with marketing, creative, merchandising, and site teams to optimize segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns. This fully remote role offers exposure to fast-moving campaigns and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, building and executing campaigns.
• Klaviyo experience preferred (campaign builds, scheduling, segmentation, reporting, basic automation/flows).
• Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms and campaign execution a plus.
• Analytical mindset with comfort pulling reports and spotting opportunities to improve performance.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns: builds, scheduling, audience targeting, QA, testing, and deployment
• Manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, coordinating requests, priorities, and deadlines across teams
• Execute segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle targeting to deliver relevant, timely communications
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting on engagement, revenue impact, and test results
• Manage the email/SMS request queue, resolving tickets and keeping stakeholders in the loop
