Twin Health is seeking a results-driven email marketing professional to own end-to-end email campaigns and lead the new SMS program on Braze. You will manage cadence, segmentation, and testing, while ensuring deliverability and Gmail inbox placement.

In this remote US role, you’ll collaborate with marketing and analytics, report to the Associate Director of Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops, and drive measurement, testing, and optimization across channels.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, hands-on with Braze or a comparable ESP/CDP.
• Direct experience launching or scaling an SMS program, including consent and TCPA basics.
• Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics (Promotions tab avoidance).
• Comfortable working with lead-level data and reporting in CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation.

• Own email end-to-end: creative testing, cadence, segmentation and Braze platform management.
• Resolve Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue blocking content testing.
• Build Twin’s first SMS program on Braze and manage consent/TCPA.”
• Design and run email and SMS A/B tests with a clear hypothesis and metric.
• Partner with Marketing on creative production, measurement, and approvals.
