Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Manager to own the day-to-day execution and optimization of our retention marketing program.

This remote, full-time contractor will build and manage our email and SMS calendar, develop flow and campaign strategies, QA campaigns before launch, analyze performance, and drive retention and revenue. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and should be comfortable operating independently, keeping projects organized, and identifying

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Email & SMS marketing experience, ideally in DTC/e-commerce.
• Strong experience with Klaviyo and/or other lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach.
• Excellent copy instincts for email/SMS, even if you’re not the designer.
• Proficient with Notion and Figma for proposals, briefs, and maps.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly Email & SMS calendar.
• Build and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Browse, Abandoned Cart, Checkout, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Develop campaign concepts, messaging, segmentation.
• Translate strategy into briefs for the Email Designer and manage campaigns end-to-end.
• QA campaigns before launch and monitor performance post-send.
