Job summary

Partner Company seeks a seasoned Email Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end campaigns across email and SMS, within a remote US-based role with occasional travel to Middle Tennessee.

You will blend creative thinking with data-driven decisions, building personalized, compliant communications, developing responsive HTML/CSS templates, and optimizing engagement through rigorous testing and segmentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing email and SMS campaigns with enterprise platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive).
• Strong HTML/CSS proficiency and audience segmentation expertise.
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR; faith-based workplace.
• Remote work within the U.S. with travel to Middle Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test, and launch campaigns ensuring compliance and list hygiene.
• Develop responsive templates using HTML and CSS with dynamic content and advanced segmentation.
• Monitor metrics, design A/B tests, and optimize for engagement and conversion.
