Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience creating and optimizing email campaigns.
• Strong copywriting, segmentation, automation, and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic email marketing plan aligned with business goals.
• Design, build, and manage campaigns including newsletters and automations.
• Segment lists based on demographics and behavior to personalize communication.
• Craft compelling subject lines and body copy with clear CTAs.
• Perform A/B tests and analyze results to optimize performance.
