Job summary

Postscript is hiring a Client Strategist to own the end-to-end SMS strategy for a rotating group of customers. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to craft best-in-class SMS campaigns and drive revenue for ecommerce brands.

The role is fully remote within the US. You will develop advisory relationships, write compelling copy, and brainstorm revenue-generating strategies with merchants to make SMS the primary revenue channel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience in direct-to-consumer space with strong knowledge of SMS, copywriting and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting.
• Experience in e-commerce marketing and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling SMS campaigns, automations, and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice.
• Develop advisory relationships with customers and execute best practices.
• Track, analyze, and iterate on customers’ results to scale on Postscript.
• Establish marketing best practices to keep brands at the forefront of SMS marketing.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Postscript products and ecommerce marketing domain.
