Twin Health is hiring a remote US-based Email & SMS Marketing role responsible for end-to-end email, SMS program build, and testing. You will own digested delivery, Gmail placement fixes, and measurement using Braze and Salesforce.

The role emphasizes execution within an orchestration model and cross-functional collaboration. We seek a data-driven marketer with 4+ years in email marketing, hands-on Braze or similar ESP, and experience launching SMS programs with consent compliance.

Competenze

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Experience launching or scaling an SMS program with consent basics.
• Strong grasp of deliverability, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
• Comfortable lead-level data and campaign reporting in a CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests.
• Ability to execute within a channel strategy defined by others.

Mansioni

• Own email end-to-end: creative testing, cadence, segmentation, and Braze relationships.
• Resolve Gmail Promotions placement issues that limit reach and testing.
• Build Twin's first SMS program on Braze; manage consent and compliance.
• Log every creative, cadence, and segment decision for future training data.
• Ensure every send can be joined to an individual lead record.
• Design and run email and SMS A/B tests with a stated hypothesis and metric.
• Collaborate with marketing on content production and approvals.
