Twin Health is hiring for an Email Marketing & SMS role focused on end-to-end execution within Braze, delivering email and SMS campaigns at scale. You will own testing, optimization, and channel coordination to drive engagement and compliance.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Data teams, build new SMS programs, ensure TCPA compliance, and improve inbox deliverability while leveraging AI tools to accelerate reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Direct experience launching or scaling an SMS program with consent basics.
• Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics.
• Comfortable working with lead-level data and campaign reporting in a CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests.
• Comfortable executing within a channel strategy set by someone else.

Responsabilités

• Own email end-to-end: creative testing, cadence, segmentation, and Braze platform coordination.
• Resolve Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue and improve reach.
• Build Twin's first SMS program on Braze; manage consent and TCPA compliance.
• Log decisions with rationale to inform future training data.
• Ensure each send can be joined to a lead record.
• Design and run email/SMS A/B tests with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing on content production and approvals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for measurement and infrastructure.
• Apply AI tools to draft variants and accelerate reporting.
