Job summary

Twin Health is hiring to lead our end-to-end email program and launch our first SMS program on the Braze platform. You will own testing, segmentation, cadence, and day-to-day Braze relationship while ensuring Gmail inbox placement issues are resolved to enable content testing.

You will build and scale Twin's SMS program from scratch with consent management and TCPA compliance, reporting to the Associate Director of Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Experience with Braze or comparable ESP/CDP.
• Knowledge of deliverability and inbox placement.

• Email is an underperforming acquisition channel due to Gmail Promotions placement, which has paused content testing.
• SMS is net-new, with zero sends today, but can be launched quickly on the existing Braze platform without new infrastructure.
• This role owns both channels end to end, reporting to the Associate Director of Acquisition Strategy & Channel Ops.

Responsibilities:

• Own email program: creative testing, cadence, segmentation, and day-to-day Braze relationship.
• Resolve Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issue to enable content testing.
• Build Twin's first SMS program from scratch on Braze, including consent and TCPA compliance.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation, ideally with Braze or comparable ESP/CDP.
• Direct experience launching or scaling an SMS program, including consent and TCPA compliance basics.
• Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics.
