Twin Health is seeking a Marketing Operational role focused on Email and SMS execution. You will own end-to-end email programs, chase improvements to inbox placement, and launch an SMS program on Braze. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, measure, and optimize campaigns.

You will work in a remote US-based environment, with a focus on compliance, data-driven decisions, and scalable channel operations that support growth and customer engagement.

Competenze

• 4+ years in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Hands-on with Braze or a comparable ESP/CDP.
• Experience launching or scaling an SMS program with consent basics.
• Strong grasp of deliverability and inbox placement.
• Comfortable with lead-level data and marketing reporting.

Mansioni

• Own email end-to-end: testing, cadence, segmentation, Braze integration.
• Resolve Gmail Promotions inbox-placement issues blocking testing.
• Build Twin's first SMS program on Braze, from scratch.
• Ensure SMS consent and TCPA compliance from day one.
• Instrument decisions and log creative, cadence, and segmentation.
