OKTOBER in the United States is seeking an entry-level Retention Associate to own email copy for 5–6 pod accounts and learn strategy from the Senior Retention Manager. This fully remote role requires dedication to data-driven results and growth into ownership of client strategies.

You’ll craft emails, manage timelines, pull reports, and contribute to account strategy while staying online 12-5pm CET(S)T to sync with the team.

Qualifications

• Ideally first agency experience.
• First experience with email copywriting for DTC brands.
• First experience with project management: keep tasks, approvals, deadlines organized.
• Reliability: deliver what you promise and own mistakes.
• Genuine hunger to grow into strategy and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on strategy set by Senior Retention Manager.
• Keep projects on track: status updates, chasing approvals, day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts with Senior Retention Manager.
• Pull and format reports for the Senior Retention Manager to turn into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become a client's problem.
