Job summary

OKTOBER, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, is hiring an entry-level Retention Associate for remote work. You’ll write email copy for pod accounts, manage projects, and learn to own client strategy alongside Senior RM. Requires Dutch fluency and ability to work 12-5pm CET, with a clear path to Retention Manager.

Qualifications

• First agency experience is preferred
• Experience writing email copy for DTC brands with measurable responses
• Experience keeping tasks, approvals and deadlines organized
• You deliver what you promise and follow through on feedback
• Ambition to grow into strategy and account ownership
• You can commit to work from 12–5pm CE(S)T
• Native-level Dutch proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on strategy
• Keep projects on track with status updates and approvals
• Contribute ideas to account strategy with Senior RM
• Pull and format reports for senior decision-making
• Spot blockers or delays before they impact clients
