Job summary

OKTOBER, a remote-first Shopify retention agency, is expanding its design team and seeking an email designer to turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. You will design emails and pop-ups for ecommerce brands, bring brands to life visually, and drive retention results for our clients.

We value hands-on Figma expertise, a strong portfolio, and comfort with AI tools to accelerate creativity. You’ll collaborate with a small, sharp team, receive generous time off, and work with 8-figure+ brands

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email design experience with portfolio required.
• Hands-on Figma experience with auto-layout, components, local styles.
• Experience with generative AI (Gemini or similar).
• Curious, a team-player and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands (incl. gifs & animations).
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output.
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Pro-actively look for design directions and inspiration.
• Help our design team work smarter and better.
