OKTOBER, a remote-first Shopify retention agency, is hiring a founder's associate who thrives in a fast-growing environment. You will support the founder, own the calendar, chase priorities, and help build an exceptional culture.

Expect ownership across multiple workstreams, with a clear path to a Founder’s Associate role. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Head of People, coordinate marketing content, and help the People team with tools and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience: a similar EA/ops role in a fast-growing environment.
• You deliver what you say you will, without being chased.
• You're organized enough to run multiple workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

• Run inbox across Slack, email, and LinkedIn; manage calendar and meeting prep.
• Coordinate and repurpose marketing content across platforms; support events.
• Screen candidates, source talent, and help build the team.
