October Agency is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency offering fully remote work across the United States. You will own copy and project management for several pod accounts while developing retention strategies for your own accounts, driving real ownership and revenue growth.

Expect to lead client calls, review data, and translate insights into concrete next steps. This role targets growth into Senior Retention Manager with access to tools and coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Comfortable owning a client relationship end-to-end.
• Strong copywriter who nails brand voice.
• Confident interpreting data and translating it into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting for 5-6 pod accounts under Senior Retention Manager.
• Support project management across those accounts: status tracking, approvals, sequencing.
• Own retention roadmap & strategy for your 1-2 accounts.
• Lead client calls and business reviews, review data, and turn findings into next steps.
