Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to coordinate post-sales activities between manufacturing and North America customers. You’ll manage POs, production schedules and delivery coordination, ensuring on-time integration into the customer’s production roadmap while traveling to customer sites and Silvus HQ as needed.

The role supports a remote-work option depending on location, requires up to 30–50% travel nationwide, and engages with demand planning, QBRs, and escalation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales ops, account management, or technical project coordination, preferably in defense hardware/manufacturing.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal manufacturing constraints.
• Excel proficiency; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales ops contact for NA customers, managing day-to-day needs and escalations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to report delivery performance and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners and translate into actionable data for manufacturing and supply chain teams.
• Track and manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery; coordinate with manufacturing and logistics to resolve delays.
• Manage hardware defect escalation, RMA processes, and field failure analyses.
• Travel up to 30–50% to Silvus HQ and key customer sites across the continental U.S.
