Job summary

Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC is seeking a Channel Developer On & Off Premise to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of spirit brands. You will leverage brand programming, education, and agency resources to build long-term customer relationships within a designated market.

Reporting to the Field Performance Manager, you will coordinate with accounts, distributors, and internal teams to deliver program activities, analyze performance data, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Distributor or broker experience is a plus.
• Bar/restaurant/hotel operator experience is a plus.
• Growing network of industry professionals in the market.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Interest in spirits history/production and cocktail culture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills are required.
• Ability to tailor communications for various on-premise environments.
• Deep understanding of market and industry trends.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Willingness to travel including nights/weekends.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Mentorship mindset and team culture contribution.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Manage administrative tasks with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance across a territory of accounts.
• Engage customers with brand programming and education.
• Plan and track brand engagement using performance data.
• Gather consumer insights to inform engagements.
• Identify merchandising opportunities aligned to portfolio priorities.
• Manage agency initiatives including budgets, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits and improve presentation skills.
