Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is seeking a Channel Developer, On-Premise to drive commercial performance across a designated market. You will leverage brand programming and market insights to identify growth opportunities, engage customers, and coordinate agency initiatives while collaborating with distributors and the portfolio team.

Requirements include 3+ years in bev-alc, strong communication, and the ability to travel and work remotely.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of bev-alc industry experience.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills to develop strong relationships.
• Ability to travel on ad hoc basis including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and velocity in accounts with strategic engagement.
• Plan, track, and implement brand and portfolio engagement using data.
• Gather consumer insights to inform customer engagements.
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on portfolio priorities.
• Manage agency initiatives including budgeting, reporting, and data tracking.
• Serve as liaison between portfolio, distributor, manager and customers.
• Develop knowledge in spirits categories and enhance presentation skills.
