Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of MANET and MIMO solutions, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive U.S. sales onboarding and enablement. You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations to ensure day-one readiness and ongoing curriculum improvements.

The role requires up to 50% travel for on-site training, trade shows, and field demonstrations across the U.S., with potential for 100% remote work depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales team members.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and optimize curricula.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a Skill Matrix to identify and address readiness gaps.
• Manage the training calendar and resources across U.S. time zones.
• Guide post-onboarding field staff as they engage with clients to sharpen skills.
