Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead the US sales onboarding and enablement program. You will drive end-to-end training across technical and business operations domains, coordinating with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to ensure day-one readiness for new hires.

The role requires up to 50% travel domestically and offers remote work flexibility depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of Training & Enablement experience delivering training programs or managing enablement platforms.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive the US GTM onboarding and enablement program.
• Develop and deliver training modules on internal processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and optimize curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date.
• Manage the training calendar and field readiness activities.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training and events.
