Silvus Technologies seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to drive U.S. sales onboarding and enablement. You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver comprehensive training across technical and business operations, ensuring fast day-one readiness for new hires.

The role requires up to 50% travel for on-site training and trade shows, with potential for 100% remote work depending on location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in corporate training, instructional design, sales operations, business enablement, or program management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and complex logistics.
• Strong communication and content clarity for business operations and customer-facing standards.
• Must be U.S. citizen for sensitive government-related contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement program for U.S. sales teams to achieve full readiness.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and CRM workflows.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and scale the curriculum.
• Manage content creators and SMEs to ensure up-to-date, effective training assets.
• Oversee the ongoing refresher and advanced-skills training calendar and field readiness.
