Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to join the Sales Enablement team. You will drive U.S. onboarding, ensure day-one readiness, and coordinate with engineers, product, and sales ops to align technical and business processes.

This role requires up to 50% travel, remote work eligibility, and a background in corporate training or program management. You will develop modules, manage calendars, and mentor field staff to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years in corporate training, instructional design, sales ops, enablement, or program management.
• 3+ years delivering training programs or onboarding.
• Experience executing structured training curricula and onboarding.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive US GTM onboarding and enablement for new sales hires.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal processes and tools.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a skill matrix to track readiness and address gaps.
• Manage training calendar and logistics for national programs.
• Mentor post-onboarding field readiness and client engagement.
• Travel up to 50% for training and events.
