Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a leading provider of advanced MANET and MIMO communications systems and a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding. You will drive US-focused onboarding, develop training on technical and business processes, and coordinate with engineering, product, and sales operations to ensure day-one readiness across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience delivering training programs or onboarding initiatives.
• Proven track record of executing structured training curricula and achieving readiness.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and complex logistics.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement program for U.S. sales team members.
• Develop and execute training modules covering internal business processes and CRM workflows.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design and scale the curriculum.
• Coordinate with SMEs to keep training assets up-to-date and effective.
• Maintain a feedback loop and track skill readiness across the domestic team.
• Manage calendar and logistics for national training programs across time zones.
• Mentor new hires during field engagement to achieve full proficiency.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and field demos.
