• Minimum four years of loan servicing experience, preferably in investor reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial calculations and cash movement concepts.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Independent problem solving capability and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production workflow and assist team members with escalated process issues.
• Prepare performance statistics and reports for internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and resolve exceptions; serve as escalation point for issues.
• Drive improvements to production and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.
