Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing preferred or licensure required within 90 days of joining
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with local partners and customers
• Result-oriented with ability to meet sales targets

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a local sales pipeline including lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth (dealerships, events, partners)
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
