You will work locally, both in person and by phone, building a robust pipeline through community engagement, partnerships, and referrals.

The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business with performance-based incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or insurance
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community with dealerships, events, and local partners
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
