Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. You will sell to local customers in person and over the phone while expanding the book of business through community involvement.

You will develop a local pipeline, conduct outbound prospecting, and partner with leadership on sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0– 2years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or mustattainrequired licensure within90 daysof joining thecompany.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
