Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You will own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will develop value narratives, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals while maintaining forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Proven SaaS quota-carrying success.
Expert discovery & qualification using MEDDPICC or equivalent.
Compelling value storytelling with executive-level demos.
Strong negotiation with multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
Technical & cloud fluency across observability, security, search, and cloud cost optimization.
Collaborative mindset and ability to partner with internal teams.
Open Source enthusiasm and OSS advocacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound activities.
Apply MEDDPICC to qualify deals and focus on high-confidence opportunities.
Deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic's capabilities to business outcomes.
Collaborate with customers to build close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
Lead high-stakes contract and pricing discussions to close multi-year commitments.
Speak fluently about cloud economics and data architectures to position Elastic effectively.
Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
