Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You will work with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and ensure accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

Proven SaaS quota-carrying success: 5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals.
Expert discovery & qualification: apply MEDDPICC to pipeline.
Executive value storytelling: deliver presentations and demos tied to business outcomes.
Strong negotiation chops: multi-year, high-ACV contracts with executive buy-in.
Technical & cloud fluency: observability, security, and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Own territory and build pipeline with outbound cadences.
Deep discovery to uncover pain, budget, and decision criteria.
Deliver tailored narratives and live demos mapping Elastic’s capabilities to outcomes.
Maintain CRM and forecast accuracy at ≥90% with ±10% variance.
Lead contract and pricing discussions for multi-year commitments.
Speak about cloud economics and data architectures.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
