Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI company, is looking for a high-energy Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within strategic Enterprise accounts. You’ll own a defined territory, build your pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.

You’ll partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to map Elastic’s capabilities to business outcomes, practice MEDDPICC-style discovery, and lead executive negotiations to

Qualifications

5+ years closing complex Enterprise deals in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to apply MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
Experience delivering executive-level presentations & demos.
History of multi-year, high-ACV contracts & strong negotiation skills.
Comfort discussing cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and data architectures.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and build pipeline with proactive outbound cadence.
Perform deep discovery to uncover pain, budget and decision criteria.
Deliver tailored value storytelling and live demos mapping to business outcomes.
Lead mutual deal strategy, close plans, and maintain CRM accuracy.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure multi-year consumption commitments.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate deals.
