Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive in the United States to own territory, build pipeline, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model. You will tell Elastic's AI story, map capabilities to business outcomes, and drive measurable value.

Responsibilities include outbound pipeline generation, MEDDPICC-based qualification, and cross-functional partnership to accelerate deals while maintaining forecast accuracy and negotiating multi-year

Qualifications

5+ years closing complex Enterprise SaaS deals.
Experience applying MEDDPICC or equivalent frameworks.
Proven ability to present to executives and map product value to dollars saved.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and build pipeline in a proactive outbound cadence.
Lead discovery to determine budget, pains, and decision criteria.
Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos across Elastic capabilities.
Collaborate on formal close plans and maintain forecast accuracy.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure multi-year commitments.
Partner with Solutions Architects, CS, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals.
