Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operational liaison between Silvus manufacturing and major NA customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to align with customers’ production roadmaps.

The role travels to Silvus HQ in LA and across the continental U.S. up to 30–50% for key visits. Remote work may be possible depending on location, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, SCM, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sale ops liaison with North America customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews on delivery and production roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track forecasts with demand planners for internal teams.
• Track open purchase orders and resolve delays with manufacturing/logistics.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects or field failures.
• Oversee the RMAs to ensure timely replacements and recoveries.
