Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operations liaison between Silvus and North American customers. You will coordinate purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery to align with customer roadmaps.

The role requires travel up to 30% nationwide, with eligibility for 100% remote work depending on location. A background in defense hardware or manufacturing and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination in defense hardware or manufacturing.
• Ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to internal constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales operational liaison with North America customers.
• Lead QBRs to report on delivery, quality, roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track demand forecasts with planners for manufacturing.
• Manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Escalate hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the RMA process for replacements and analysis.
• Travel up to 30%.
