Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to serve as the post-sales operations liaison between Silvus Manufacturing and North America customers, managing purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure components are delivered on time and integrated into the customer's production roadmap.

This role allows for 100% remote work depending on location and requires travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S. up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to identify discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs into manufacturing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale operations liaison with North America customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest production forecasts with demand planners and translate to internal manufacturing needs.
• Track open purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery, coordinating with logistics.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures, including RMA process.
• Travel up to 30% to Los Angeles HQ and other key customers.
