Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Contract Management, US Orthopedics, ideally based in Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

This role serves as the primary contact for contract development, negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution, reporting to the Director of Offer Development, DePuy Synthes. It requires ownership, collaboration across teams, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Law, Business, or Marketing preferred; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience required; experience in contracting, sales, finance, marketing, or related business required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Medical device or MedTech experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract requests within an assigned geography to support customers including IDNs and hospitals.
• Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contract documents.
• Triage requests and prioritize workload to align with account management and field sales priorities.
• Resolve complex issues through negotiation and internal approvals.
• Mentor and train business partners on contract requirements and compliance.
• Support development of contract templates, clause libraries, and SOPs/WIs.
