Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience in contracting, sales, finance, marketing or related fields.
• Medical device/MedTech experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage contract requests within an assigned geography to support diverse healthcare customers.
• Draft, review and negotiate terms and conditions in commercial contracts.
• Triage requests and balance workload with account management and field sales priorities.
• Resolve complex issues via negotiation and internal approvals, including unique language requests.
• Ensure workload balance across contract management analysts and maintain quality.
• Develop contract templates, clause libraries, SOPs/WIs, and contracting tools.
