Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopedics group seeks a Manager, Contract Management for US Orthopedics. Preferred locations include Raynham, MA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, or West Chester, PA.

You will lead contract development, negotiations, amendments, and issue resolution for strategic customers. You will partner with account management and field sales to drive efficient contracting, template creation, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of business experience in contracting, sales, finance, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong ownership, organization, and time management in deadline-driven environments.
• Medical device or MedTech experience highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, including trends, customer dynamics, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requests within an assigned geography to support IDNs, group purchasing organizations, and hospitals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms in commercial contract documents.
• Prioritize workload to align with account management and field sales priorities; act as strategic partner to sales teams.
• Resolve complex issues through negotiation and internal approvals; manage risk and contract language requests.
• Mentor business partners on contractual requirements and compliance frameworks; train on contract tools and templates.
• Collaborate to develop contract templates, clause libraries, and SOPs/WIs as needed.
