Qualifications

• Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or senior‑level HR roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading executive searches within complex, global organizations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
• Proven expertise in executive sourcing, assessment, and candidate evaluation methodologies.
• Experience managing executive search firms and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end executive talent acquisition for senior leadership and mission‑critical roles.
• Partner with executive leaders and HR stakeholders to align hiring with business strategy.
• Develop proactive executive sourcing strategies using market intelligence and outreach.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on markets, evaluation, and decisions.
• Manage relationships with external executive search firms for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure a high‑touch, confidential candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support executive pipeline development and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes, governance, and metrics.
