Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracting, sales, finance, or marketing.
• Experience in medical device or MedTech preferred.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex inputs and present a business case.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract requests within assigned geography.
• Draft, review and negotiate terms in commercial contract documents.
• Triage requests and prioritize workload to align with account management and field sales priorities.
• Resolve complex issues through customer and internal stakeholder negotiation, including unique contract language requests.
• Provide mentorship and training to business partners on contracting requirements.
• Support projects to create and update contract templates, clause libraries, SOPs/WIs, and related contracting tools.
• Partner with contract strategy to execute newly developed contract offerings and product launches.
• Understand the DePuy Synthes product offerings and business objectives.
