• Lead contract development and negotiations for US Orthopedics in assigned geographies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms in commercial contracts.
• Coordinate with Account Management and Field Sales to align on priorities.
• Mentor business partners on contract requirements and compliance.
• Support template updates, clause libraries, and contracting tools.
• Drive process improvements and new contract offerings with strategy teams.
• Understand DePuy Synthes products and business objectives.
