Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and policies.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics like call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow scripts and comply with procedures and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve service delivery.
