Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. You will handle administrative tasks, planning techniques, and progress updates to ensure on-time delivery.

You will build relationships with customers and contractors, manage deliverables and scheduling, and assist with financials and invoicing. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in customer service, account management or project support.
• Construction project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail and aiming for high satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; ability to handle ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aspects of Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects.
• Support managing and executing projects with administrative tasks.
• Define basic project planning techniques for ongoing projects and updates.
• Manage customer and contractor relationships and the full lifecycle of deliverables.
• Track financials, issue POs, process change orders, and manage invoicing.
• Coordinate materials, contractors, customers, and suppliers; monitor progress.
