Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support Electrical Preventative Maintenance (EPM) projects. You will coordinate planning, manage customer and contractor relationships, and oversee invoicing while maintaining flexibility to travel as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service or project support, with a background in construction PM preferred and a solid eye for detail. US work authorization is required to join ABB’s service team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, account management and/or project support.
• Construction project management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and focus on satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with electrical/mechanical services or willingness to learn.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments; handles ambiguity and conflict.
• Proven coordination and communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• US work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
